Especially the question about connecting with people as in his first story in the video is often an essential part in life.

How to connect with your potential customers?
What has been your way to get the connection? (and don’t take me wrong, I don’t want to copy your style – it is just to get a sense of what is possible)

Perhaps we all are bound to our “blind spot” (especially in the beginning) and don’t see what is really doable;-)
